A question I regularly get asked by candidates is “what can I expect at interview and how can I best prepare?” Let’s face it, every process is different and every client will approach interviews slightly differently, so there is never going to be a ‘one size fits all’ answer to this question. However, the one thing that does apply to all interviews is that rigorous preparation is vital, at every stage in the process.
This is a point that seems to confuse a lot of people. Do I need a summary (or personal statement, or whatever you want to call it) at the top of my CV? Do people even read it?
Since joining FreshMinds I have met a lot of applicants. They vary in appearance, attitude and quality, which is to be expected. What you wouldn’t believe is the variety that people also manage to put into their CVs.
