Supply Chain Graduate Scheme- Leading retailer

We're looking for bright graduates for a great opportunity with a leading retailer. Our client is investing heavily in growth and international development, as well as adapting to ever-changing consumer needs. This strategy requires an exceptional logistics department to drive efficiencies and manage successful processes; and that’s where you come in.

You will be part of a brand new team, in a brand new distribution centre which will be Europe’s largest upon completion (the size of 12 jumbo jets!). This is reflective of the scale of this project, and how pivotal it will be in successfully driving the efficiencies of initiatives such as e-commerce and international growth. As a new operation for our client, it's a great time to come on board and drive efficiency and change from the outset.

The role will be a graduate scheme, mapped out over three years with a clear progression path, with the view to make you a manager by the end of your second year. The role will include structured training and a mentor from the logistics department, to make sure you gain a sound understanding of logistics and operations throughout your development. They are looking for leaders of the future; could this be you?

To be considered, you will need a numerate degree, with an interest in the supply chain field. You should have an interest in retail, and an understanding of how logistics can impact and shape the consumer journey. You will work well as a team, but will also show initiative and an entrepreneurial flair, as working in such a new team will require you to manage your own time and responsibilities on occasion. You will be based in Leicestershire, with some time spent in Head Office in London.
