Our Client, a unique boutique management consultancy firm which specialises in strategy engagement is looking for a Senior Programme Planner to join their team. This growing company works with blue chip Clients in a number of sectors implementing programmes of work that engage employees from board level down and insite a change of behaviour throughout businesses. Skilled in the area's of strategy and change with a knowledge of organisational development, this position requires you to execute strategic programmes of work while building relationships and leading these programmes from brief taking and conducting the analysis to providing bespoke solutions to the Clients at board level.
You will be required to:
- Lead all strategy behind the programme of work, applying business strategy to scope the programme's viability before going live.
- Agree detailed brief where required and develop detailed business case, supported by robust & insightful research and analysis of the change required.
- Make clear recommendations on what is required to deliver the plan, including assessment of current capability and any additional resource or investment required.
- Engage with & present to senior stakeholders to get their input/support and ensure alignment with overall business and programme strategy.
Key requirements
- Minimum 2.1 degree from a top university
- Consulting experience in a top consulting firm OR experience in a change programme team.
- Experience presenting at board level and getting engagement from Clients
- Extensive analytical skills and the ability to present complex problems simply
-Project managements and change management experience
-passion for working in a customer orientated industry
- Strong communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid excel and power point skills
-Ability to work in a team based environment
