Our Client is a leading UK retailer who currently has a requirement for a Commercial Change Manager to join their Online Business Development team in a permanent position.
This is a very high profile position with a focus on identifying change improvements and making clear and concise recommendations to Stakeholders across the Retail business. While helping design and implementing a major operating model change project, this position will have exposure to multiple functions and use commercial insight to quickly respond to the businesses ever-changing needs.
You will be required to:
• Identify opportunities for step change improvement to the business model (both Customer Proposition and Operations)
• Agree detailed brief where required and develop detailed business case, supported by robust & insightful research and analysis of the issue.
• Make clear recommendations on what is required to deliver the plan, including assessment of current capability and any additional resource or investment required.
• Engage with & present to senior stakeholders to get their input/support and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
Key requirements
• Minimum 2.1 degree from a top university
• Consulting experience in a top consulting firm OR experience in an internal operations improvement team
• Experience in online retail or customer-facing industry, or have delivered similar projects
• Extensive analytical skills and the ability to present complex problems simply
• Project managements and change management Retail experience
• Passion for working in a customer orientated industry
• Strong communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid excel and power point skills
