Leadership schemes

We work with clients in both public and private organisations, across the six major sectors, on their fast-track management and leadership schemes. 

These schemes are typically from one to thirty individuals who will take up formal training within the company, before settling in a particular department or area. Candidate experience includes general commercial roles in FTSE 100 businesses, consulting firms or MBAs. 

We use our extensive network to reach out to the outstanding people for these roles. Future leaders of an organisation display a range of skills, but always mark themselves out from their peers through action and achievement.
