By the time a client sees the candidates we select for a role, the candidate has also been carefully matched with business needs and company culture. We'll take time to put together the right brief for each role, and really understand what makes the company and the job different. In every case, we're looking for the perfect fit: someone who will excel in the job and make a difference to the business.
We send a small number of selected candidates for each role rather than a pile of CVs for clients to sift through. On permanent roles, the efficiency standard we aim to reach is a ratio of 3:1 – for every three candidate CVs you see, you’ll make an offer to one of them. For interim consultancy we work to 2:1, but more often than not we reach 1:1.
Candidate service is as important to us as client service, so each of those selected to join our talent pool is looked after with the same great service we offer our clients.
