Ones to Watch
Our on-campus presence at Graduate level is driven by Ones to Watch, the only peer-nominated talent spotting scheme in the UK. Through this scheme, we have welcomed 1000 future leaders into our talent pool from the top 6 universities in the UK since 2000. These Ones to Watch are now some of the best networked individuals in today’s commercial environment.
Each nominee is recommended by an on-campus ambassador chosen by us, and we screen entries down from over 1000 to the winning 100. We are looking for outstanding students with excellent academics, strong commercial and analytical ability who have also marked themselves out with extra-curricular activities.
Current Ones to Watch and alumni gather at an annual party with a speaker from business, politics or the arts – past speakers include Lord Butler, Brent Hoberman, Lord Bilamoria, Richard Lambert, David Verey of Blackstone Private Equity, Alain de Botton and Sir Christopher Meyer.
